The system is mainly one accurate dynamic tuning gyro. It adopts gyro's feature-dual free degree. Gyro's self rotating axis will remain still relative to inertial space, but the earth will rotate relative to inertial space for it has its own rotating axis. If take the earth as standard, we will find the gyro's axis will rotate relative to the earth. Therefore, the gyro can track down and measure the earth's rotating rate, then get the system's position info by the rate difference on X and Y sensitive axis.
